You will first need to deposit the examination fee in any of the Axis bank branch in India (A/C Name: AIDMMCHEE 2009, A/C No: 053010200024772) with filled in Pay In Slip. You will be provided a Transaction ID/receipt number on its deposition. Please note the number for further use. You can also pay online through master card.For offline
(at bank) payment Rs. 40 will be charged extra. And for master card payment 3% of total amount + tax will be charged.

Fill in the Transaction ID number in your online application. Hence you should have submitted the fee before you proceed for the online application. The fee should be Rs 1200/- if you are applying for one subject or of Rs 1500/- if you are applying for 2 subjects. |

Please upload your passport size photograph and scanned signatures in the application form. |

The photo should be colored, passport size, full frontal, without dark glasses, have a white or light background and less than 500 KB size. |

Only for your personal reference please take a print out of the completed application form. |

There is no need to send the printed application to the Coordinator, AIDMMChEE |

After you have submitted your application online, note down your user name and password for future login. Login will be required for obtaining the Admit Card. You can also print out your application after login at a later date. |
