The newly constructed guest house of the university has been functional since September 2007. The Guest House has 14 air conditioned rooms as well as few air conditioned suites and a Conference Hall.

Rules for using Guest House: |

Allotment/ booking of the rooms at the new Guest House will be done on priority basis as follows: |

Examiners/ experts coming to CSMMU will be given first preference. |

Official guests of CSMMU |

Guests coming to deliver university orations and lectures in CSMMU |

Guests coming to attend conferences being organized in CSMMU |
> |
Guests of faculty members and administrative authorities of CSMMU |

The requisition /letters of allotment of the new Guest House should be addressed to the Faculty in Charge Guest House along with the booking form preferably 14 days in advance.

All the official university guests (i, ii, iii as mentioned above) will be allotted rooms in the guest house only through an executive order of the registrar. |

The stay of guests and other expenses incurred in the guest House will be on payment basis for all guests except the official guests of the University. |

Rent: |
AC Room : Rs 700 /day |
AC Suite : Rs 1000/ day |
Rent for Conference Hall: Rs 5000/day |
Room rent for guests of faculty members and administrative authorities of CSMMU: Rs 400/day for AC Room and Rs 1000/day for AC Suite. |
A day will be counted as 24 hours since when the guest has come to the guest house. |
Guests (mentioned in iv and v above) will have to deposit the full amount of their stay in advance. |

The Guesat House as a whole may be given for marriages or similar personal activities. The charge will be Rs 15,000/day, which will have to be deposited in advance. A sum of Rs 5000/- will have to be deposited as caution money, which will be refundable. The Seminar Room will not be given for such functions even if the Guest house is booked as a whole. |

In case of marriages it is to be noted that the guest house can be rented only for lodging purposes and that it cannot be used for holding any ceremonies, mass lunch or dinner and the marriage procession cannot assemble and leave from the premesis of the guest house. The band party will not be allowed to enter the premesis of the university. |

In case of any harm to the property of the guest house during marriage or similar functions, the full responsibility will be on the person making the booking and an appropriate sum will be deducted from the caution money. |
